Express iPhone, iPad, iPod Repair

Post In your device to iTechnician. If your device is in a working state please make a backup of your data before sending it to us for repair, your data will not be lost but its better to be safe. You have two options to send to us Express Post Platinum or Registered.  iTechnician is not liable for any damage caused by Australia post, please insure your item. Package your device with at least 2 inches of protective foam inside a sturdy cardboard box. Be sure to include your details (such as name, phone number, and email) so that we can contact you as soon as we receive it. Will be unable to start working on your device until we have been able to contact you and confirm the repairs required on the device.


Supply a return Satchel with your Full Name and Address printed clearly. Payment must clear before the device is sent back. Your payment options are:


Payment Options: 

Money Order – To iTechnician
COD – We post your item back and you pay at the post office
Bank Transfer – Available on Request Only (takes the longest)




Bank transfer can take up to 2 working days, we can only send back the device once payment has been confirmed. Water damaged items can take up to 72 hours to repair. We offer premium services for express post mobile phone repair Queensland and Australia wide.

iTechnician provides an express post in service for those not able to visit the store in person. Upon receiving your device, iTechnician will contact you with the repair estimate and expected turnaround time for your repair. Once payment has been received for the work completed, iTechnician will express post your device back to you.


Your device repair warranty is 24 months after the repair is complete.
